good morning -

 

worked for 2 days- no issues ...I did a diag -query insteon engine/hard reset of the Dongle ..

ISY sees the Dongle.. but the error is between the dongle and Thermostat.

 

and just to confirm... I did install it with Thermostat in OFF position ..

 

the ONLY thing I did yesterday was update the firmware and UI to 4.2.2 .... could this be something.. ?

 

can I revert to an older firmware ? .. and confirm.. is this easy to do ?

Inexplicably.. it just went back online.. not the best confidence booster ..

Has anyone else seen something similar ?
