LeeG Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 From the ISy User Guide If both the MEM and ERR LEDs are blinking, the ISY is unable to communicate with your Ethernet network. Please check all cable connections, try rebooting your router or switch, and ensure that you have a DHCP server available. Make sure the network and PLM cables are in the correct plugs.

Envirogreen Posted June 15, 2014 Author Posted June 15, 2014 thank you both. Seems like the port on the switch was having some issues, moved the cable from one port to the other, rebooted the ISY and everything is working again.
