Z-wave Schlage deadbolt issues

I've installed a Schlage BE469NXCEN625 and the UD Z-Wave module. All firmware is the latest.

 

From the UD interface, the lock responds 100% of the time.

 

Mobilinc brought the lock in and it works 100% of the time if I open the settings menu on the lock icon and press lock/unlock.

 

If I simply press on the icon it only toggles the lock about 25% of the time. I know I'm pressing it because I get the spinning wheel. Is the icon a toggle button or do I need to press on a certain location to get lock and a different location to get unlock? <---- now that I write that I know the response should be "try it" but I just left town and don't want to play with my lock remotely.

Yes, this is a known issue in MobiLinc/iOS 4.00.20 where the icon control and status is disconnected for Z-Wave deadbolts. It is fixed and will be in our 4.00.21 release.
