Hi,

 

I have a water sensor which shows up as zone 38 in the Elk, but as you can see below - all other zones are here.  I have disabled, enabled, rebooted, reconfigured and no change.

 

Any suggestions?

Did you 'Refresh Topology' in ISY?

 

 

looks like there is an issue with the Elk

 

getting an error when I try logging in (Your control is busy or unavailable).

 

Need to get the guys that installed the Elk to address this, hopefully it fixes the ISY problem.

If you have ElkRP2 open, the ISY cannot connect. Make sure you have closed ElkRP2 on your computers, and then try 'Refresh Topology' again.
