Wait ten seconds before you plug the PLM back in. Once that is done, plug the ISY back in and report back. Link to comment

Ok tried that and 3 LED's are still on and same errors as above Also to add, I cannot see this in my network and when I try to enter the IP on the browser I get nothing ? Link to comment

First thing I would do is reboot the router and do the above steps again. Keep the ISY / PLM unplugged until your network is back up and report back. Link to comment
