ISY no longer loads webpage or telnet?

Hi,

 

I noticed the ISY was not responding properly, so last night I logged into the admin platform & then rebooted it.  It did not come back up.  I went to bed & I unplugged the ISY in the morning, let it sit and now all I can do is ping it. 

 

No Http or telnet access.  Any ideas what to do next?

 

I am able to ping the device but that is all I can do.

Try unplugging the ISY and then do the ping.   Perhaps the router has assigned the IP address to another device.
