RichTJ99 Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Hi, I noticed the ISY was not responding properly, so last night I logged into the admin platform & then rebooted it. It did not come back up. I went to bed & I unplugged the ISY in the morning, let it sit and now all I can do is ping it. No Http or telnet access. Any ideas what to do next? I am able to ping the device but that is all I can do. Help!! Thanks, Rich
LeeG Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Try unplugging the ISY and then do the ping. Perhaps the router has assigned the IP address to another device.
