Upgrade ISY and now Mobilinc HD won't connect.

I have done this for hours & hours (not to be sarcastic)

 

To answer your post I reinstalled the 994 (I went back to 99i because it had always worked) and looked at the error messages I was getting. I constantly got the error message "expired subscription" even tho it showed expiration date of Nov 2014. I clicked thru the error several times and suddenly EVERYTHING WORKS!!!!

One more thing - I was never able to get on the Administrative Console using https but now I am able to do that also.

 

Prior to my post I had emailed Mobilinc Support - perhaps they had corrected something for me. Anyway - IT WORKS!!!

Hi pgelser,

 

We'll need to get your paid subscription over to your new ISY. Please email support@mobilinc.com with your old ISY's UUID and your new ISY's UUID and we'll move your paid subscription over. Please note that currently your new ISY is under a free trial for 30 days until we can move your old paid ISY subscription over to your new ISY.
