Communication from the EZIO8SA Inputs is done with Scene commands.   The ISY assigned Group/Scene numbers 9-F to Inputs 1-7.   Normally the EZIO8SA uses Group/Scene 1-7 for Inputs 1-7.   Does not change the fact that the EZIO8SA will use Scene commands, only what Group/Scene number the EZIO8SA uses.

For low volume events the query should be okay.   With all the ICs available there might be a simple way to electronically delay the signal to the Input.  Been too many years since doing fabrication like that to suggest a particular IC.  

Hmmm. What an interesting idea. One if the engineers at my work loves building stuff (it's scary whst he knows. ) I'll run it by him.

 

 

I'm about to move forward abd if dig up my programming. Do you think my comms are fairly ok so I can move on? Judging by what you been able to look at?

I do not see comm failures in any of the traces.

Well I have been playing with my programs and adding the query really hardened things up. Over the next week will hammer it and see if I managed to lick things. Thanks again lee.
