a4140145 Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Hi, Anyone know how to get the secondary buttons on the Insteon 2334 keypad dimmer to show up in your ISY-994? I want to add it to programs and scenes. The primary button works fine. I have a 2486D that I added a couple years back but don't remember how I addedd those buttons.
LeeG Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 (edited) There should be a + Icon to the left of the Primary node. Click on the + icon to expand the KPL display. Also what ISY firmware is being used and what is displayed on line 2 in the right side display? If running 3.3.10 on a 99i the Dual Band KPL Dimmer is not supported. Edited September 11, 2014 by LeeG
a4140145 Posted September 11, 2014 Author Posted September 11, 2014 Ah, I did a firmware upgrade and then removed the node, then readded it and then they appeared. Thanks for the help.
LeeG Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Good to hear. Must have been an earlier ISY release that did not have support for the Dual Band variation. The Dual Band KPL Dimmer was the last KPL variation to be released.
