gilkman Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Hey all, I have an ISY with 55 devices, 36 scenes, 10 or so programs, and Mobilinc. Things have been running great for a year. I have two Insteon 2450s running two garage door openers. Recently, the left 2450 is unreadable in the ISY console and neither the KPL nor the Mobilinc app will open the L garage door. I tried a factory reset on the 2450 but it doesn't work. I have a fast blink on the status LED that won't go away. I think I need a new 2450. Assuming I get one, how do I R&R and "Restore Device" without having to manual reprogram the new 2450? Is this possible if I give the new one the same name or will the new address on the new 2450 mess things up?

EricK Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 My second io linc just stopped working. These seem to have similar life expectancy to the smartlinc. Less than 2 years.
