to_lighter Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 Hi everyone, It's been a while since I checked in on my ISY. There was some strangeness going on in my house, with unresponsive devices, and strange behaviour of other devices. I did a "Restore Devices" today, and now 12 of my devices have reported in as unresponsive and have an explanation mark beside them. Short of replacing them physically with a new device, what is the procedure for restoring them? I know how to do an "air gap" on these devices, but I can't recall how to restore them afterwards. LeeG Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 (edited) Right click on node, select Query to clear Red !. Then select Restore Device. If battery devices each has to be put into linking mode, select Query followed by Restore Device. When that update is complete take that device out of linking mode and put the next battery device into linking mode and repeat Query and Restore Device. Edited October 11, 2014 by LeeG
