lose status to battery devices (triggerlinc and leak sensors)

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I have a ISY994i/IRpro a bunch of insteon lights and 5 triggerlincs and 2 leak detectors. im running firmware 4.2.15. I have no issues with my system except for this one problem. Randomly I will lose status to all 5 triggerlincs and 2 leak detectors. The isy status just becomes blank, and none of my programs assiociated with those devices work due to the lack of status. The only way I have found to fix them is to hold their set buttons for 5 seconds and do a restore device from the ISY.. that is all fine and dandy to accomplish, but what is killing me is this seems to have every few weeks. So I am constantly having to restore all of those devices.

the  loss of status is sparadic, and its all 7 of those devices at once, If I notice one not working none of them work.

Does anyone have any clue what could be causing this??

my triggerlincs are V.40

leak sensor v.3e

Thanks,
Gregg

There have been issues with the ISY rebooting on its own.   If this happens the battery devices will not have status until each device is operated.  Should not be necessary to do anything but operate each device if this is the cause.

Suggest moving to 4.2.17 which was released a few days ago.
