jfteague
Hi everyone, First off, I've gotten a lot from the forums here. Thanks for all who have helped us novices out! I have a question, which may be simple and I just am missing something, regarding the buttons grouping function on an 8 button keypad. Why does the 'A' button always stay on when another button is pressed? If there are 8 scenes in the room I'd like 'A' to turn off if another button is pressed. Thanks in advance for your help! stusviews
Every button is independent. Pressing button D, for example, has no effect on button F. If you want a button to control another button on the same Keypad, then create a scene with one button as a controller and the other as a responder and set the level for each button (e.g., on or off). LeeG
DO NOT use the Buttons Grouping function. Buttons Grouping is there from the "old days". Use Scenes as Stu has indicated. Link to comment
