pmhgeneral Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 I'm new to the ISY994i. I order a ISY994i/IR Pro and just received it. My question is on the back of the controller it only shows ISY994i how do I know this is the right model # it doesn't say / IR Pro. The invoice shows it is correct, wanted to know before I start setting it up.
Teken Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Look in the little hole on the right there should be a weird looking round IR sensor. Plus when you fire it up and select ABOUT it will confirm what it's supposed to be. NOTE: Even if it's wrong sending in a ticket to UDI with your UUID they can remotely update the (I) to a pro for you. Encrypted By: Phoenix Security Solutions
