Cannot determine device link table address

[iDVB]

1. I put the ISY-994i into Linking mode (PLM Beeps)
2. I depress the set button under the Insteon Dimmer Switch (Switch Beeps)
3. PLM then Long Beeps/Squawks (sounds like something did not work)
4. Then I get this message...  "Cannot determine device link table address"

 

 

Weird thing is that I JUST setup my ISY and lights again from scratch and started just with 3 dimmers all on the same wall. All of them worked and then within about 1-2hrs of playing around with it (working) the ISY device for the Dimmer in question got a red exclamation beside it and it kept saying it could not communicate with it.

 

I've tried factory reseting that dimmer as well as the 4 tap PLM test. The test showed that dimmer blinking green.

Try Factory Resetting the SwitchLinc.  It is not responding correctly.   Extended message (in red below) was not sent from SwitchLinc.
