Administrator Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Several forum members have submitted help tickets regarding problems with not being able to validate or reset their password, stating that the system is not sending them emails. We have isolated the issue to Microsoft mail services, namely hotmail, outlook.com, and Exchange hosted accounts. This also includes owned domains that may be hosted by outlook.com. It appears that these servers are marking our forum emails as spam (how rude!), and you need to specifically mark them as "Not Spam" for the engine to white list us. Furthermore if you are using a client to access these services that uses IMAP/Exchange you may find that there are TWO spam folders, one that always resides on the server and one that pushes to your client. Please check using your WebMail to white-list emails from the forum that end up in spam folders to ensure that they are delivered. Quote
