Staffy Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 I have the ISY99-IR Pro, I have read it automatically updates itself, but after 2 month of waiting, nothing has changed. The only reason I am wanting to upgrade is that if the power goes out, the PLM does not update the time, even after 48 hours. I am hoping the new version fixes. If I try to manually update, it backs up okay, then wants a file... I would prefer to try to get automatic updates working. What am I doing wrong?
MikeB Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Automatic updates will only download release firmware. Firmware newer than yours is still beta, so you will have to download and update manually.
