Can't Login to ISY

Well, crap.  Everything was going well.  I updated a couple of programs tonight and added a new SWL.  All was well, then I realized I reversed an on/off in the program.  Go to ISY and I can't get a login window.  Both through direct java and via browser, the ISY is found but I don't get a login window.  Thoughts?  No changes recently that I know of.

Have you tried rebooting the ISY?

This may sound stupid. But I would give it a try,turn all apps off and restart your computer.

Well. Worked this am. I think it was busy but there were no progress bars open. No issues today.
