Trying to get Z-Wave going

Today I received the Z-Wave dongle.  I went ahead and updated the ISY-99Ri firmware and installed the dongle.  I am now trying to purchase the Z-Wave module.  However, when I go to (Help/Purchase Modules) nothing happens.  If I go to (Help/Manage Modules) it states that my modules are up to date.

 

I did notice that since the update, internet access on my ISY is no longer enabled.  When I try to enable it I just get an error.  By reading other forum entries it appears this should not be a problem and the modules issue is not related.  Is that correct?

I am assuming there is a typo of 99 instead of 994, correct?

 

If so submit your UUID with a reference to this thread to UDI support and they will get you squared away. [emoji5]️[emoji4]
