EKeypad realtime status reporting of ISY insteon controllers

You should see the status appear automatically. Most likely you are experiencing some form of network connection or authentication issue.


Please submit the issue using the support screen in eKeypad. This screen is located at the bottom of the configuration screen. It will include an overview of your configuration and is the best place to start diagnosing what is occuring.


I am sure we can get this straightened out quickly for you.
