ahwman Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Hello. I just upgraded from an ISY-99i to an ISY-994i and everything is working great. That said, I'm a MobiLinc user and wondered if I need to create a certificate on the new 994i? I also want to be sure I'm secure in the event I need to access my ISY remotely via https. Is the default certificate adequate or should I create a self signed one? Thanks so much, Chuck
MWareman Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 I don't know if the default certificate is the same across multiple ISYs - but I wouldn't make the assumption that they are unique and I'd create a new unique certificate myself.
ahwman Posted September 17, 2015 Author Posted September 17, 2015 That makes sense. Unfortunately I can't yet figure out how to get into the dashboard versus the administrative council.
MWareman Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 I assume you are using this link (Windows - if Mac let me know and I'll send the other one for Macs....) http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.3.18/dashboard.jnlp
ahwman Posted September 17, 2015 Author Posted September 17, 2015 (edited) Thanks, clicking on your link did the trick! Edited September 17, 2015 by ahwman
