I currently am experenceing an issue with one of my LED bulbs. It will not fully turn off.. It shows in the console it is off, fast off, nothing will fully turn the bulb off. Its as if it thinks that off is like 2% brightness. I can turn the bulbs onn full, dim it.. but it just wont fully turn off.

 

Any ideas?

Since the 2674-222 has no set button there is no manual method to perform a hard reset on the device. The only method is to remove all links from the device, delete it from the controller, then add it back to see if it operates fine.

Be sure to turn the bulb fully on first!!!
