'Cannot determine Insteon engine' error when adding Smoke Bridge

Hi all,

 

I am receiving the 'Cannot determine Insteon engine' when attempting to add a Smoke Bridge to my ISY. I rebooted the ISY but still no success.

 

Any thoughts?

If using New INSTEON Device that is the first command sent to the Smoke Bridge.

 

First make sure the Insteon address is correct, 8&A, 0&D, etc can easily be misread.

 

Move the Smoke Bridge to the PLM circuit and try again.
