Tell me if I'm out to lunch here. I purchased the mobilinc orchestrated and hd app bundle. I have it on both mine and my wife's iPhone through family sharing. I just bought the advanced location plugin on my phone, is there no way to share in app purchases or are we expected to purchase it twice?

I think per the Apple Store purchasing model in app purchases are like al cart items, so not included in family sharing plan.

I could see developers not wanting people sharing the apps in general. But my thinking if the app can be shared all aspects of it should be shareable as well.

On your wife's phone login to iTunes (settings) with your Apple ID . Go to mobilinc and restore purchases then change login in iTunes back to hers.
