socket open failed java.net.SocketTimeoutException

Thanks again for helping me tonight with the socket error. I am still getting the error but only intermittently. Most recently, I got the error while removing a device from the Main device tab. I am still using port 8080 for unsecure comm and my homeserver is still not running. I have corrected the problem by a telnet into ISY and rebooting the ISY. I know this is just a temporary fix and would like to get a permanent fix. Any other ideas??

I do not have Network magic installed. I installed firmware 2.6.8 and the problem has gone away.
