2635-222R Found a Factory QC Issue

I am very disappointed in Smartlabs QC of modules.
I purchased two 2635-222R Refurbished modules and did not expect 100% perfect.
One of the two. The buttons on the side felt mushy and hard to activate.
I disassembled it and the PCB was not screwed into the back of the case.
The heavy Black Line wire to power the relay was in a position where the PCB would not go in to place
and was glued in that position. My guess. That way from original assembly and QC.
The bottom screws also hold a PCB contact to feed the Neutral power into the PCB and probably intermittent.

One of the two RF antennas. Was pinched between the out of place PCB and the output Ground Pin. With a pinch mark in the insulation but not through to short it out.

Not sure if it was a field return as a problem unit and tested OK before shipping or was from some spare stock they where moving out.

A later look at the FCC photos. Shows a missing black insulating spacer on the AC input end. So that was why the one side of the PCB is so high. I now am now thinking. Maybe someone bought it and took it apart to see what was inside. Lost the parts and returned it as defective.

I have not added them yet. So I don't have the firmware version.
