WetCoastWillie
is there a way to hide the unused "areas" in elk from being displayed in the ISY dashboard and Mobilinc? if I want to access the area "home" i have to scroll past areas 2 - 8 to get to "Home" (area one) in mobilinc, and in the ISY dashboard it shows all 8 areas even though I use only 1. Can i mask the unused areas in the elk M1G from showing in mobilinc and the ISY dashboard, if so where/how? Thanks
Scottmichaelj
Do you have anything in these areas or are they completely empty? I ask because if you only have one area only one should show up in the ISY and Mobilinc. I recall another post (search for it) that mentioned all the areas showed up in his ISY but he didnt have anything in them and there was a way to fix it. I have two areas and only two areas show in both ISY/Mobilinc.
Scottmichaelj
Here is the thread I am referring to: ELK-ISY too many Areas? http://forum.universal-devices.com/index.php?/topic/16555-ELK-ISY-too-many-Areas%3F
sumguy
The last post in the link above by elvisimprsntr worked for me when I had this issue. I no longer see the empty areas. Only one tab populates.
WetCoastWillie
All of the "other" areas have nothing in them... I'll try the fix as suggested in the other thread and advise. Thanks for the info!
