tantemera Posted January 29, 2016 Share Posted January 29, 2016 I have a scene "Driveway Lights" I'm troubleshooting: - I have 3x keypads (Keypad Linc dimmer v.43) with a button (B or D) assigned to a scene "Driveway Lights" all assigned as controllers (29.41.A2, 29.44.38, 29.46.8A) - I have a keypad (Keypad Linc dimmer v.43) with a responder (it's main load) which are garage lights (29.41.A2) - I have a dimmer (Dual band switchlinc keypad v.42) as a responder (28.D8.32) So when the scene is engaged whether via ISY or the keypads, all keypad LED buttons light up and the two responder lights should come on. The responders and controllers all function flawlessly when the physical buttons are pressed on the keypads. However, in ISY when engaging the scene in the UI, one of the responders (28.D8.32) does NOT respond at all. I ran a scene test and ISY and here are the results: Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:06 PM : [GRP-RX ] 02 61 33 13 00 06 Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 29.41.A2 2A.A2.92 61 13 33 LTOFFRR(33) Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [std-Cleanup Ack] 29.41.A2-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=1, Hops Left=0 Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 29.44.38 2A.A2.92 61 13 33 LTOFFRR(33) Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [std-Cleanup Ack] 29.44.38-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=1, Hops Left=0 Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 29.46.8A 2A.A2.92 61 13 33 LTOFFRR(33) Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [std-Cleanup Ack] 29.46.8A-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=1, Hops Left=0 Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [CLEAN-UP-RPT] 02 58 06 Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:07 PM : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 28.D8.32 2A.A2.92 E1 13 FF LTOFFRR(FF)
----- Scene - Driveway Test Results -----

[succeeded] Outside Garage (Keypad) (29 41 A2 1)

[succeeded] Driveway (D) (29 41 A2 4)

[succeeded] Driveway (D) (29 46 8A 4)

[Failed] Driveway Column Lights (28 D8 32 1)

[succeeded] Driveway ( (29 44 38 2)

----- Scene - Driveway Test Results -----
Fri 01/29/2016 01:10:14 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 00.00.33 CF 13 00 06 LTOFFRR(00) --------- Obviously the test itself confirms failure as well. Again though, when pressing the keypad controller buttons assigned to the scene, then the responders both work. I've already tried deleting the scene and re-creating it, but that didn't fix the problem. I'm running 4.3.26 firmware. Any ideas to fix the one responder? If there is a mismatch then do a restore device. It's possible that the device lost some of its links Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thank you for the helpful tip. Glad to hear it's resolved. You might want to run Diagnostics on the other devices to see if you have a bad link or two Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
