Isy and elk m1 zone help

Hi all, I have my isy994i and my elk connected and working fine, but one little problem, I can see only eight zones ( the first 8 ) from 9 to 16 doesn't show in the isy portal,any help would be appreciated. Thanks
The other zones 9 to 16 are set to none alarm zone, if that would make any difference

After you added the zones to your elk system, did you log into the ISY and click on Configuration Tab -> Elk Tab -> Elk Configuration Sub-Tab and click the refresh topology?

Depending on which firmware you have installed in the Elk and XEP, unassigned zones will be masked from the ISY and third party apps. At some point Elk made a change which the unassigned zones were visible after a factory reset and one actually had to go thru some steps to mask them again, which is actually preferred by most third party apps like Mobilinc and eKeypad.
