I purchased a Danalock to attach to my Isy system, and I've been able to successfully pair and remotely lock, but I've had no luck unlocking. I've read varied results from other threads, and support from Danalock has been slow and hasn't progressed beyond the exclude/re-include the device phase.

I've attached a log, and I could use some help interpreting it. I don't see any communication failures, but on a successful lock command there is about twice the activity as an unlock.
 

The UI consistently reports the lock is "Unlocked". I think this is a limitation of the hardware, the device itself doesn't appear to have a sensor or keep track of whether it is in a locked state. If the Isy sees the status as "Unlocked", will it not send the Unlock command?

I have the same issue, Have you been able to figure out how to unlock the Danalock

Same issue here.  Called support on both sides and each says to call the other.
