mattfisher Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 I am not sure whether I am posting this in the right place, but I am having trouble with my ISY 499i PRO staying visible to Mobilinc Connect and MobiLinc Pro on the iPhone/ iPad. It doesn't matter if I am inside my LAN or outside. If i restart my ISY, it connects again. I am running 4.3.26 I recently replaced my router and cable modem, but was having this trouble before.

If you are still having trouble, please send us the following to support@mobilinc.com: - Screenshot of your ISY's Admin Console->Configuration Tab. - Screenshot of your ISY's Admin Console->Help->About. - Your ISY's Error Log under Tools->Error Log. mattfisher Posted March 16, 2016 Author Posted March 16, 2016 It turns out my sonos music system was causing a broadcast storm on my network. It's been up for 10 days. Now to figure the sonos out.
