February 16, 20169 yr I am not sure whether I am posting this in the right place, but I am having trouble with my ISY 499i PRO staying visible to Mobilinc Connect and MobiLinc Pro on the iPhone/ iPad. It doesn't matter if I am inside my LAN or outside. If i restart my ISY, it connects again. I am running 4.3.26 I recently replaced my router and cable modem, but was having this trouble before.

March 16, 20169 yr Author It turns out my sonos music system was causing a broadcast storm on my network. It's been up for 10 days. Now to figure the sonos out.
