MobiLinc portal integration keeps disconnecting

I am not sure whether I am posting this in the right place, but I am having trouble with my ISY 499i PRO staying visible to Mobilinc Connect and MobiLinc Pro on the iPhone/ iPad.  It doesn't matter if I am inside my LAN or outside.  If i restart my ISY, it connects again.

 

I am running 4.3.26

 

I recently replaced my router and cable modem, but was having this trouble before.

If you are using a fixed IP address, please use the Google DNS IP of 8.8.4.4 for the DNS IP field.

- Screenshot of your ISY's Admin Console->Configuration Tab.

- Screenshot of your ISY's Admin Console->Help->About.

- Your ISY's Error Log under Tools->Error Log.

It turns out my sonos music system was causing a broadcast storm on my network. It's been up for 10 days. Now to figure the sonos out.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
