My lack of knowledge will show but I cannot figure it out. I have Insteon motion sensor and Insteon in-wall micro-switch. I just added both to a scene and motion sensor will turn on the lamp connected to the switch and after preset time, turn it off.

 

How do I do the same with Z-Wave? I have Aeon labs multi-sensor Gen6 and Aeon labs color changing LED bulbs (I am not using the color changing functionality). I have added the motion sensors and lamps to a scene but lamps fail to turn on when motion is detected. I had to write a program. What am I doing wrong? I do not see the controller-responder relationship in Z-Wave devices.

 

ISY 4.3.26 and Z_Wave 4.55.

You are not doing anything wrong. For most Z-Wave devices a program is needed. That may change with version 5+
