Program changed-Alexa app or portal didn't know

After adding a program to the portal and Alexa, I've been able to edit programs and the spoken ran the updated program--until now. Deleting the program from both the app and the portal then re-adding the program worked.

 

If the problem recurs, I'll update the app or portal before testing, not both. Any others experience this?
