Could I use a GE Z-Wave Smart Dimmer (In-Wall), 12724 for my ceiling fan and control the speed ?

    Dimmers can damage motors and/or self-destruct. The correct device is GE Z-Wave 12730.

     

    Aside: I'm using an Insteon dimmer to control a ceiling fan.
