chris87 Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 My GarageLinc has stopped working. I never had any previous issues with it. I tried removing it within the ISY admin panel and resetting the device. It will not allow me to re-add it. This is the error that I am getting. Is there anything that I can try? I did notice that the side LED isn't blinking when I hold the set button. Should it normally illuminate?

Yes, the led should illuminate when placed into linking mode and I believe also when sending and receiving messages. Jon...
larryllix Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Did you do a factory reset on the IOLinc before adding it into the ISY device tree? I find many Insteon devices capable of things they shouldn't be able to do until factory reset. I was told this many times when I started and learned the hard way too many times now. Do a factory reset on the IOLinc and start over. Use ISY's restore device command and you will be done in less than 3 minutes.
