Echo finds only a limited number (12) of devices.

Howdy,

 

We have our Echo working well through the ISY Portal but have not been successful in getting beyond the initial 12 devices.  All the Insteon devices work fine through the ISY console but the Echo just can't seem to find them.  Any ideas?

Are you adding scenes and programs, also or only devices? How many items have you added to the portal? From the Amazon app, try forgetting all device and discovering them again.

Oh, I found the problem.  It was a loose nut behind the console, as we used to say in my tech support days when we came across someone who didn't know what they were doing.  I could have sworn I had entered them in the ISY Portal.
