I have Aeotec Range Extender (z-wave repeater) on my network that was shown in the devices list. I did Zwave module FW upgrade and factory reset today. My new devices added after reset are OK but Aeotec Range Extender that was on my net before is not on the list of devices anymore. However, it still shows solid red light so I cannot add it again. And it seems that there is no factory reset option for Aeotec Range Extender. So I (1) cannot reset it and add again; (2) cannot exclude it because I do not see it on my list of devices anymore. Any help? Thanks.

You don't need to see the device in your device list to exclude it. Just select the Exclude option on the Z-Wave pull down menu, then press the button. You should be able re-add it.

It's a good idea to exclude the phantom device more than once before re-adding it.
