What type of icons would you like to see added to Agave?

 

I would eventually like to add the ability to add personal icons or at least add a bunch more standard icons.  What would you like to see as far as standard icons?

Glad you asked! More common ones of course: table lamps, floor lamps, garage door, man doors, windows, door locks, pool features like water pumps, heaters, fountains and waterfalls, spas, gates, smoke detectors and security, cameras, sprinklers, outside security lights, ceiling fans, front of house lights.

 

I don't think I have them all covered, but that was all I could think of right now. I hope they can show true status as that would be great.

The ability to be able to import a jpg/png/etc of a certain size would be cool? Perhaps a specified folder for a custom gallery? As pyrorobert mentions coming up with a naming convention perhaps for showing state with the icons would be great.

 

Thanks again for your continued work on this! It's exciting to see the Android platform not be ignored in this space.

Could you also have icons that changed based on status like open and closed garage.
