Normally a program I'm running manually means I want to perform Run-Then. I don't see any way to accomplish that in Agave. It would be nice to default the actions of the Home screen program shortcuts to be one of the three choices of Run-If, Run-Then, or Run-Else. If confirmed it's not possible I'll add a request to Bitbucket. Link to comment
