Replaced PLM Ok, now some swithces cannot communicate

My PLM died, I replaced it as per the wiki article and everything went ok,  However I now have two switches that

 

"Cannot communicate with "name" (address)". please check connection"

 

There is also a red exclamation point, any ideas on how to fix ?
