Plug In On/Off Appliance Modules

I have been playing around with a Leviton Plug-in Appliance Module VRPA1-1LW just to get the feel of Zwave. Now that I am ready to expand my network I am looking for recommendations for additional Plug-in Modules but ones that have a local on/off capability. The VRPA1-1LW does not have this.

In addition, there seems to be many brands of Zwave plug-in on/off modules. Do they all work with ISY? For example, I see Homeseer makes such a module but does it work well with ISY?

I recommend this type of on/off plug (  https://www.amazon.com/Monoprice-Z-Wave-Plugin-Off-LOGO/dp/B00V5IQC08/ref=sr_1_18?ie=UTF8&qid=1469624725&sr=8-18&keywords=zwave ) .  It allows local on & off.  Unless you specifically want dimming, make sure NOT to choose dimming . My experience is that dimming plugs can make the plugged-in lights flutter.
