Delayed creation of actual links / device settings

I'd like to be able to add devices, set their ramp rates/on levels, and add them to/ create new scenes within the isy first all at once, without having to wait for each link to be created before setting up the next. Then when all of this 'set-up' is completed, push a 'button' that goes through all of this, or even better, have it on a timer to do it in the middle of the night, presumably when there most likely won't be any other communications going on (similiar to the theory of the system query being at 3AM)

This feature (batch mode) is on our requirements list, except for the part about scheduling the batch to run at a given time. Great idea! I've added it to the requirement.
