I installed a new 2486D 5-button KPL and added it to many scenes, but they don't work.  I have one that show the status of the garage door, and if I hit the button it will open or close it.

 

 

 

Is there a trick to the new KPL?

 

 

Nope - I've a few of these, along with a whole other variety of KPLs, and they all work pretty much the same in scenes.

 

Perhaps if you can be a bit more clear about what "they don't work" means, it would help try to figure out what might be wrong.  As for the one that shows the status of the garage door, isn't that exactly what it should be doing?

Strange this morning everything worked like it should have.

I have often found that scenes that didn't quite work when I created them, did so later. It's GremLincs. They usually travel in bands of two, thus dual-band GremLincs.
