cyberk Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 http://www.getzooz.com/zooz-zse40-4-in-1-sensor.html Hey Team! I added this multi-sensor to my ISY and thinks have been working fine. After a few days, I went ahead and try to right some programs around it and noticed motion, temperature and humidity were updating fine, but luminance was not. I deicded to reboot the ISY and now the device type shows no input data what-so-ever, it's almost like the device type changed. Short of removing and re-adding, I'm not sure what to do. I tried pulling some diagnostic information and I saw this ] ---------------------------------------------- ] ZW018_1 uid=18 type=4.7.1 mid=265 tid=8225 pid=8449 model=0 ] - x5E V0 ZWAVEPLUS_INFO ] - x98 V0 SECURITY ] - x86 V0 VERSION ] - x72 V2 MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC ] - x5A V0 DEVICE_RESET_LOCALLY ] - x85 V2 ASSOCIATION ] - x59 V0 ASSOCIATION_GRP_INFO ] - x73 V0 POWERLEVEL ] - x80 V0 BATTERY ] - x71 V4 NOTIFICATION ] - x31 V7 SENSOR_MULTILEVEL ] - x70 V1 CONFIGURATION ] - x84 V2 WAKE_UP ] - x7A V2 FIRMWARE_UPDATE_MD ] sensorType= 1 scaleMask= 3 defScale=1 ] sensorType= 3 scaleMask= 1 defScale=0 ] sensorType= 5 scaleMask= 1 defScale=0 ] ] Node 18 - MBR Bath Multsensor Battery has the following neighbors ] - - Node 1 - [This ISY] ] - Repeater - Node 3 - Dining On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 4 - Living Room On-Off Switch ] - Repeater - Node 5 - Foyer On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 6 - TV Room On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 9 - ZW 009 On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 10 - ZW 010 On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 11 - ZW 011 On-Off Power Switch ] ] Node 18 - MBR Bath Multsensor Battery cannot retrieve association groups ] ] ---------------------------------------------- ] ---------------------------------------------- ] Node 18 - MBR Bath Multsensor Battery has the following neighbors ] - - Node 1 - [This ISY] ] - Repeater - Node 3 - Dining On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 4 - Living Room On-Off Switch ] - Repeater - Node 5 - Foyer On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 6 - TV Room On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 9 - ZW 009 On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 10 - ZW 010 On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 11 - ZW 011 On-Off Power Switch ] ] ---------------------------------------------- ] ---------------------------------------------- ] Node 18 - MBR Bath Multsensor Battery cannot retrieve association groups ] ] ---------------------------------------------- ] ---------------------------------------------- ] ZW018_1 uid=18 type=4.7.1 mid=265 tid=8225 pid=8449 model=0 ] - x5E V0 ZWAVEPLUS_INFO ] - x98 V0 SECURITY ] - x86 V0 VERSION ] - x72 V2 MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC ] - x5A V0 DEVICE_RESET_LOCALLY ] - x85 V2 ASSOCIATION ] - x59 V0 ASSOCIATION_GRP_INFO ] - x73 V0 POWERLEVEL ] - x80 V0 BATTERY ] - x71 V4 NOTIFICATION ] - x31 V7 SENSOR_MULTILEVEL ] - x70 V1 CONFIGURATION ] - x84 V2 WAKE_UP ] - x7A V2 FIRMWARE_UPDATE_MD ] sensorType= 1 scaleMask= 3 defScale=1 ] sensorType= 3 scaleMask= 1 defScale=0 ] sensorType= 5 scaleMask= 1 defScale=0 ] ] Node 18 - MBR Bath Multsensor Battery has the following neighbors ] - - Node 1 - [This ISY] ] - Repeater - Node 3 - Dining On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 4 - Living Room On-Off Switch ] - Repeater - Node 5 - Foyer On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 6 - TV Room On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 9 - ZW 009 On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 10 - ZW 010 On-Off Power Switch ] - Repeater - Node 11 - ZW 011 On-Off Power Switch ] ] Node 18 - MBR Bath Multsensor Battery cannot retrieve association groups ] ] ----------------------------------------------
cyberk Posted October 3, 2016 Author Posted October 3, 2016 sigh, I rebooted ISY again and now counters are back...still having issues with updates though
andyf0 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Firstly, when you boot the ISY, battery powered devices will typically not show status until the device reports status because they cannot be queried while they are asleep. Next, if you read the manual which you linked to, you will see that there are parameters listed that allow you to adjust their values at which they will report status. Take Lumins for example, parameter 4 specifies how much the light level has to change before the light level is reported. It is likely that the setting is set high enough that you haven't experienced enough of a light level change to trigger a report being sent to the ISY.
