I saw the maintenance thing for this evening, but I believe it was over a few hours ago. I cant get it to connect and my Echo seems to have populated itself with everything I manually removed the other day. My Echo also states it can't connect. If it's just a maintenance over run I understand. Figured I'd check in though.
