Can't log in to console.

Hi I got frustrated and gave up a few months back now I wanting to give it another try but when I click on the ISY console link on my desk to it open but I have no idea what my authenticate user ID and pass word are any more.  What can / should I do?

Factory reset. You'll have to recreate all your scenes and programs unless you have a backup.

Were you using the default login or did you change it?

No clue.... it was about 10 months ago and we have had A LOT going on (medicaly) so all the home automaton went on hold.  So if I was using the default still what is it?  And if I need to do a factory reset , how?

The default user name and password are both "admin"

 

If that doesn't work then try Stu's suggestion
