James, I haven't looked at the API, but I would suggest trying to send the user code twice. MWareman Posted October 30, 2016 Share Posted October 30, 2016 Certainly at the keypad, the first time simply cancels the siren and disarms, but the alert stays (you can scroll the violated zone). A second entry of the code clears the alert. I've never looked at this from an API standpoint. My Wife won't let me set the alarm off to try...
