I'm having difficulty upgrading firmware on a mac pc. The insteon file that I download is not a zipped file. Anyone know the correct procedure? Thanks.

Use Firefox. Safari automatically unzips files, Firefox does not.

Thanks for the note about Firefox not automatically unzipping. Good information.

 

To prevent this behavior in Safari:

1. Go to Preferences->General

2. Remove the check mark from "Open 'safe' files after downloading".
