jiehooni Posted November 30, 2016 Share Posted November 30, 2016 I just purchased the all access pass for $99, and updated AgaveHA to new release, but I can't login to ISY portal from Agave somehow. Yes, I can login to portal on browser, and I enabled 'Enable Portal Access', but when I put my ID and PW into portal settings, and hit Save button, it says 'Portal Login update failure' And also on my ISY admin, my portal integration is both ONLINE and Registered...as below. James Peterson Posted November 30, 2016 Share Posted November 30, 2016 Are you using your portal credentials or your ISY admin credentials? They will be different. go to https://my.isy.io and make sure you can login there. Link to comment

Do you have a preferred ISY specified for your user? Link to comment

And my Access Level says, 'All Acess Pass' and it has Enable portal access, so I checked it and I can go in to the ISY Portal settings too, it just doesn't accept my ID and PW somehow when I can login fine with them on PC browser. Go to the ISY tab and copy the UUID from ISY and paste that into your preferred ISY. I believe this is the issue. It needs to be specified. I will probably have to get this adjusted someday so that it will auto detect the primary ISY if not selected. Link to comment
